2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via the secure methods displayed at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel any order if necessary (e.g., in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability), in which case a full refund will be issued immediately.

4. Dispatch & Delivery

We operate strictly within the United Kingdom. We endeavour to dispatch all print-to-order items within 3 business days. Once dispatched, standard UK delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days. All orders are shipped with tracking where applicable. We offer Free Delivery on all standard orders within the UK.

5. Geographic Service Area

Fat Boris ships exclusively to delivery addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not accept orders or provide shipping services to international locations or destinations within the European Union.

6. Print-to-Order Products

All items sold on our store are printed to order specifically for you. As a result, standard change-of-mind cancellations or returns are not accepted once an item has entered production. Customers are advised to review sizing guides, product descriptions, and custom specifications carefully before completing an order.

7. Returns & Refunds for Faulty Goods

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we will gladly issue a replacement or full refund.

  • To process a claim, please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us at support@fat-boris.store with clear photographic evidence of the issue.

  • Physical returns of defective items are generally not required once photographic evidence is verified.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

8. Consumer Rights (UK)

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection legislation. UK consumers are entitled to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fat Boris shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the order in question.
