1. About Us Fat Boris ("we", "us", "our") is a UK-based online retailer operating at fat-boris.store. We sell print-to-order apparel, mugs, and novelty gifts. 2. Acceptance of Terms By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
3. Orders & Payment All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
4. Dispatch & Delivery We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2 working days; during busy periods this may extend to 72 hours. Courier delivery typically takes 3–5 working days. All orders are dispatched with a tracking number. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Print-to-Order Products Many of our products are made to order specifically for you. As a result, these items are non-refundable unless they arrive faulty or damaged. Please check all size guides, personalisation details, and product descriptions carefully before ordering.
6. Returns & Refunds If your item arrives faulty or damaged due to a manufacturing error, we will offer a replacement or full refund. Photo evidence of the fault is required — you do not need to return the item. Refunds are processed within 10 working days of approval. EU customers retain a 14-day cooling-off right under applicable consumer law. To initiate a return or refund, contact us at fat.boris.store@gmail.com.
7. Consumer Rights (UK) Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection legislation. If you are a UK consumer, you have the right to receive goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
8. Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fat Boris shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of your order.
9. Intellectual Property All original designs, graphics, and content on this website are the property of Fat Boris or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.
10. Privacy Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
11. Governing Law & Disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. In the event of a dispute, we will endeavour to resolve it amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
