SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Fat Boris Store. We are dedicated to delivering our custom-designed, satirical, and personalized merchandise to you safely and efficiently. Because our items are unique and custom-made, please read our full shipping terms below.
1. Print-on-Order Production (Handling Time)
Every item sold by Fat Boris Store is printed, pressed, or manufactured specifically to order.

Order Handling & Production Time: 2 – 5 business days (Monday to Friday).

Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT / London Time). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
Once your design is sent to our print production queues, the order cannot be modified or canceled due to the bespoke nature of print-on-demand fulfillment.
2. Shipping Rates & Transit Times
We separate our fulfillment into domestic UK shipments and international orders.

Please note: Total Estimated Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time.
3. Tracking Your Shipment
Once your custom order has finished printing and is packaged for delivery, you will automatically receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking link. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the postal courier to scan the package and update the tracking portal.
4. International Delivery Surcharges, Customs & Duties

Free Shipping Eligibility: Free shipping applies exclusively to orders delivered within the United Kingdom.

International Surcharges: Shipments sent worldwide outside the UK will incur flat or weight-calculated shipping rates applied securely at checkout.

Import Taxes & Fees: International shipments may be subject to import customs, local duties, or VAT depending on your local government's threshold rules. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Incorrent Shipping Address Disclaimer
It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the complete delivery address, postal code, and contact information are accurately typed at checkout. Because our workflow routes directly to global print hubs, we are unable to redirect or recover parcels sent to an incorrectly inputted address.
6. Damaged or Faulty Deliveries
If your order is damaged in transit or suffers from a manufacturing defect, please do not worry! We stand by our defect warranty. Contact us directly at fat.boris.store@gmail.com with photographic proof of the issue. We do not require you to physically return the item; upon verifying the image, we will issue a 100% free manufacturing replacement.
